Love is all of those things that I spoke of in one of my earlier blogs.

But I will say this again, even though it is not Valentine's Day yet….To have so much love in your heart and no one to give it to can turn into toxic and harmful thing... It is just like every other aspect of life…everything that is good can turn bad if held in excess... Good can turn bad if there isn’t a constant renewal and refreshing of all senses….especially that of Love in which I feel is our special sense that is made up of all of the other combinations... Love has a natural need to be dynamic…given…received…ever changing…ever flowing…ever growing…constantly renewed and reinvented... Stagnation of any or worse, all, of these are the catalyst that kills the spirit and passion for life and breeds with it physical and emotional pain.

Why does your heart physically hurt and you feel like you can’t breathe after Love is lost? I believe it is because of this build-up and over accumulation of Love that has nowhere to go anymore…no direction or purpose…left to bounce around aimlessly in the hole left in your soul...

I sincerely wish everyone Love and Happiness…whether you have it now or not…..don’t ever let it stagnate when you do have it…IT IS WORTH THE EFFORT!!
